Das Gemeinschaftsprojekt der HU, des Komitees f&uuml;r Grundrechte und Demokratie, der Gustav Heinemann-Initiative und des Bundesarbeitskreises kritischer Juragruppen wurde zum Verfassungstag im Dietrich-Bonhoeffer-Haus in Berlin pr&auml;sentiert, dem historischen Standort des Runden Tisches w&auml;hrend der DDR-&Uuml;bergangsregierung bis zum M&auml;rz 1990. Die Vorstellung &uuml;bernahmen zwei Vordenker der friedlichen deutschen Einigung: der SPD-Politiker und Friedensforscher Egon Bahr und der ostdeutsche B&uuml;rgerrechtler Jens Reich.<\/p>\n<p>Rund 40 Beitr&auml;ge namhafter Autorinnen und Autoren &ndash; darunter neben den Herausgebenden mehrere Mitglieder des Beirates und Tr&auml;ger des Fritz-Bauer-Preises der HU &ndash; untersuchen anhand konkreter F&auml;lle, Probleme der Verwirklichung von Grundrechten und verdeutlichen aktuelle Verst&ouml;&szlig;e gegen Geist und Buchstaben der Verfassung.
