Antrag 2 an die Mitgliederversammlung 2017<\/p>\n

Die Mitgliederversammlung m\u00f6ge beschlie\u00dfen:<\/p>\n

Die Humanistische Union setzt in Zukunft eine AG Whistleblowing ein. Aufgabe dieser AG w\u00e4re, ein Konzept auszuarbeiten, um eine Gesetzesinitiative zum Schutz von Whistleblowern anzuregen.\u00a0 Nach M\u00f6glichkeit ist eine Kooperation mit anderen Initiativen anzustreben, die zu diesem Thema arbeiten.<\/i><\/p>\n

Begr\u00fcndung: <\/b>Whistleblower setzen sich f\u00fcr die Allgemeinheit ein, weil sie Missst\u00e4nde (von Firmen und Beh\u00f6rden) und Verbrechen \u00f6ffentlich machen und sorgen so f\u00fcr Transparenz und Information. Whistleblower werden vor dem deutschen Gesetz nicht gesch\u00fctzt. Ziel ist, eine Gesetzesinitiative anzuregen, um diese vor Strafverfolgung zu sch\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n

Ein Beispiel aus Deutschland: Inge Hannemann. Sie war Arbeitsvermittlerin\u00a0 im Jobcenter Hamburg-Altona, brachte \u00f6ffentlich Missst\u00e4nde bei der Vermittlung von Arbeitslosen innerhalb des Systems Hartz IV zur Sprache. Aus diesen Gr\u00fcnden wurde sie im April 2013 durch ihren Arbeitgeber mit sofortiger Wirkung vom Dienst freigestellt und erhielt Hausverbot (Quelle: de.wikipedia.org).<\/p>\n
