Vortrag von Prof. Dr. Hartmut Zapp<\/b><\/p>\n

Kann man aus der Katholischen Kirche als K\u00f6rperschaft des \u00f6ffentlichen Rechts austreten, keine Kirchensteuer zahlen und dennoch in der Kirche als „Gemeinschaft der Gl\u00e4ubigen“ bleiben?
Prof. Dr. Hartmut Zapp, ehemaliger Lehrstuhlinhaber f\u00fcr Kirchenrecht und Kirchliche Rechtsgeschichte an der Theologischen Fakult\u00e4t der Albert-Ludwigs-Universit\u00e4t Freiburg i.\u00a0Br. erkl\u00e4rte 2007 gegen\u00fcber der staatlichen Beh\u00f6rde den Austritt aus der Katholischen Kirche mit dem Zusatzvermerk, er wolle aus der „K\u00f6rperschaft des \u00f6ffentlichen Rechts“ austreten; der Kirchenbeh\u00f6rde gegen\u00fcber \u00e4u\u00dferte er, dass er Kirchenmitglied bleiben wolle.<\/p>\n
