April 2010, 19.30 Uhr<\/p>\n<p>Kulturforum Burgkloster, Hinter der Burg 2-6, L\u00fcbeck<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Zum Abschluss der Veranstaltungsreihe &#8222;Menschenrechte in Seenot&#8220; berichtetet von Grenzerfahrungen im\u00a0Mittelmeer\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Elias Bierdel<\/strong><br \/>Journalist und ehem. Cap Anamur<\/li>\n<li>Szenische Lesung aus &#8222;Stummer Schrei&#8220;<br \/>von und mit <strong>Karzan Chindari<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>Fotoprojektion einer Installation zum Thema Grenzen\u00a0von <strong>Judith Siegmunds<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nach der Genfer Fl\u00fcchtlingskonvention hat jeder Fl\u00fcchtling das Recht, in der Europ\u00e4ischen Union Hilfe und Schutz vor Verfolgung zu erhalten. Doch die Praxis sieht anders aus: Patrouillenboote von K\u00fcstenwache und der EU-Grenzschutzagentur Frontex, deren Mitglieder auch in L\u00fcbeck ausgebildet werden, dr\u00e4ngen die Boote zur\u00fcck, verweigern medizinische Hilfe oder reagieren gar nicht bzw. verz\u00f6gert auf Notrufe.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Das Mittelmeer wird zu einem rechtsfreien Raum. Die einzige &#8222;Rechtssicherheit&#8220; besteht in der Verurteilung derer, die &#8211; wie die tunesischen Fischer &#8211; 44 Menschen aus Seenot retteten. Auch an unserer Grenze zu D\u00e4nemark werden Fl\u00fcchtlinge von der Polizei aufgegriffen und Taxifahrer der Fluchthilfe bezichtigt<\/p>\n<p>Elias Bierdel, ehem. Leiter des Hilfskomitees Cao Anamur und Mitbegr\u00fcnder von borderline-euope gibt einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die Geschichte und Gegenwart der Fl\u00fcchtlingspolitik und zeigt auf, wie EU-Staaten sichere und legale Wege nach Europa er\u00f6ffnen k\u00f6nnten, aber zur Zeit das Gegenteil tun. Er\u00f6ffnet wird die Veranstaltung durch eine szenische Lesung des Theaterst\u00fccks &#8222;Stummer Schrei&#8220;. Es ist die Geschichte zweier grundverschiedener M\u00e4nner in einem Fl\u00fcchtlingsboot. Der Autor, Karzan Chindari ist Dramaturg beim Berliner Zentrum f\u00fcr politische Sch\u00f6nheit.<\/p>\n<p>Der k\u00fcnstlerische Bogen zwischen den Ausstellungen &#8222;Grenzerfahrungen&#8220;- zur innerdeutschen Grenze-\u00a0 und &#8222;Gestrandet &#8211; Fl\u00fcchtlinge an den S\u00fcdk\u00fcsten Europas&#8220; wird hergestellt durch die K\u00fcnstlerin und Philosophin Judith Siegmund, die mit der Fotoprojektion &#8222;Remembering Borders&#8220;\u00a0 ihren Entwurf einer Schilderinstallation an der ehemaligen innerdeutschen Grenze darstellt.<\/p>\n<p>Bei Getr\u00e4nken und Gespr\u00e4chen im Foyer des Burgklosters mit Stefan Schmidt und Elias Bierdel endet die Veranstaltungsreihe &#8222;Menschenrechte in Seenot&#8220;.
