Die Bürgerrechtsorganisation Humanistische Union und das Institut für Recht und Gesellschaft an der Juristischen Fakultät der Humboldt Universität bieten im Sommersemester 2009 eine Ringvorlesung „60 Jahre Grundgesetz – Anspruch und Wirklichkeit“ an. Der Name ist dabei Programm: Die Ringvorlesung will nicht bloße Feierstunde sein, sondern eine kritische Bilanz zum 60. Jahrestag des Inkrafttretens des Grundgesetzes liefern. Aus juristischen, historischen, rechtspolitischen und sozialwissenschaftlichen Perspektiven wird der normative Anspruch unserer Verfassung ihrer gesellschaftlichen Wirklichkeit gegenüber gestellt. Die Spannbreite der Themen reicht von der (Bild-)Geschichte des Grundgesetzes, seiner philosophischen Idee und dem Wandel bis zu aktuellen Debatten wie Gleichheit und Differenz, Sicherheit und Freiheit oder dem Verhältnis des Grundgesetzes zur Europäischen Union.<\/p>\n

Die Vorlesung findet jeweils montags von 16 bis 18 Uhr im Hauptgebäude der Berliner Humboldt-Universität (Unter den Linden 6) statt.
