November 2019, das Digitale-Versorgungs-Gesetz durchgewinkt. Die Bundesregierung will damit die Digitalisierung des Gesundheitswesens vorantreiben. Die Humanistische Union sieht in dem Vorhaben einen weiteren Schritt zur Aush\u00f6hlung von PatientInnenrechten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Digitalisierung vieler gesellschaftlicher Bereiche schreitet voran. Das birgt Chancen aber auch gro\u00dfe Risiken, insofern der Datenschutz Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt ausgeh\u00f6hlt wird. Die Humanistische Union warnt vor Datenmissbrauch, der in einer datengetriebenen \u00d6konomie zu Diskriminierung und Manipulation f\u00fchren kann. Jetzt ist das Gesundheitswesen dran:\u00a0 Verschiedene Gesetze &#8211; wie\u00a0 das Gesetzentwurf zur Errichtung eines Implantateregisters in Deutschland\u00a0 und ganz aktuell auch die Verabschiedung des Digitale &#8211; Versorgung-Gesetz (DVG) Anfang November,\u00a0 das u.a.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>die Einrichtung eines Forschungszentrums plant, in dem Gesundheitsdaten ohne Einwilligung der Patienten\u00a0 gesammelt werden,\u00a0 damit sowohl \u00f6ffentliche als auch private Einrichtungen \u00fcber Forschungsdaten verf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li>das Verschreiben von Gesundheits-Apps vorsieht,\u00a0 die von den Kassen finanziert werden und<\/li>\n<li>die elektronische Video-Sprechstunde erm\u00f6glicht.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8222;<i>All das bereitet den Weg zum gl\u00e4sernen Patienten.\u00a0 Denn trotz aller verbaler Beteuerungen in Datenschutzerkl\u00e4rungen und von Politikerinnen und Politikern, wonach &#8222;Datenschutz uns wichtig ist&#8220;, findet Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt ein Abbau des Datenschutzes statt<\/i>&#8220;, sagt Christiane Bodammer, Mitglied des Bundesvorstands der Humanistischen Union mit dem Schwerpunkt Datenschutz.\u00a0 MdB Dr. K\u00fchne, CDU\/CSU\u00a0 hob in der Debatte im Bundestag hervor: &#8222;<i>Datenschutz darf nicht im Wege stehen.&#8220;<\/i> &#8222;<i>So wird das in der DSGVO vorgesehene Einwilligungsrecht mit diesem Gesetz gerade ausgehebelt und eine Widerspruchsm\u00f6glichkeit der Versicherten ist nicht vorgesehen&#8220;<\/i>, widerspricht Bodammer. Der Bundesdatenschutzbeauftragte sieht\u00a0 in seiner Stellungnahme entsprechend auch Nachbesserungsbedarf, dem sich die Humanistische Union anschlie\u00dft. &#8222;<i>Wir d\u00fcrfen es nicht zulassen, dass \u00f6komische Aspekte der Datenverwertung zu Treibern von Gesetzen im Gesundheitsbereich werden.
