Es sind Menschen, die durch Kriege, Verfolgungen, Gewalt und elende Existenzbedingungen aus ihrer Heimat vertrieben werden. Deutschland und die anderen EU-Staaten reagieren darauf mit einer massiven Aufr\u00fcstung und Abschreckung an den Au\u00dfengrenzen. Dem\u00fctigungen, Misshandlungen bis hin zu illegalen Zur\u00fcckweisungen an den Grenzen sind inzwischen vielfach dokumentiert.<br \/>\nAuch die von der EU gegr\u00fcndete Grenzschutzagentur FRONTEX operiert im Mittelmeer und im Atlantik unter Missachtung der Fl\u00fcchtlings- und Menschenrechte. In internationalen Gew\u00e4ssern werden Fl\u00fcchtlingsboote verfolgt und zur\u00fcckgedr\u00e4ngt. Schutzsuchende sind so gezwungen, auf ihrer Fluchtroute immer gr\u00f6\u00dfere Risiken auf sich zu nehmen. Damit steigt f\u00fcr Fl\u00fcchtlinge die Gefahr, dabei zu Tode zu kommen. Das Mittelmeer und Teile des Atlantiks entwickeln sich zu einem menschenrechtsfreien Raum.<br \/>\nDie Operationen von FRONTEX sind auch aufgrund personeller und finanzieller Beteiligung Deutschlands m\u00f6glich. Die Humanistische Union unterst\u00fctzt deshalb eine Initiative Pro Asyls zum gemeinsamen Protest gegen die menschenrechtswidrigen FRONTEX-Eins\u00e4tze.<\/p>\n<p>Der Aufruf \u201eStoppt das Sterben!\u201c stellt drei zentrale Forderungen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Beendigung der menschenrechtswidrigen FRONTEX-Eins\u00e4tze<\/li>\n<li>Schutz von Menschenleben geht vor Grenzsicherung<\/li>\n<li>Gew\u00e4hrleistung des Zugangs zu einem fairen Asylverfahen sowie Einhaltung der Genfer Fl\u00fcchtlingskonvention und der Europ\u00e4ischen Menschenrechtskonvention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wir bitten Sie, den Aufruf mit Ihrer Unterschrift zu unterst\u00fctzen.
