Dezember 2007 (GVBl-Thr. S. 256)<\/p>\n<h5><span id=\"-1-anwendung-des-informationsfreiheitsgesetzes\">&sect; 1 Anwendung des Infor&shy;ma&shy;ti&shy;ons&shy;frei&shy;heits&shy;ge&shy;setzes <\/span><\/h5>\n<p>(1) Die Vorschriften des Informationsfreiheitsgesetzes (IFG) vom 5. September 2005 (BGBl. I S. 2722) in der jeweils geltenden Fassung sind mit Ausnahme von \u00a7 10 Abs. 3 und \u00a7\u00a7 12 bis 15 auf den Zugang zu amtlichen Informationen der Beh\u00f6rden des Landes, der K\u00f6rperschaften, Anstalten und Stiftungen des \u00f6ffentlichen Rechts, die unmittelbar oder mittelbar seiner Aufsicht unterstehen, nach Ma\u00dfgabe der nachfolgenden Bestimmungen entsprechend anzuwenden. \u00a7 5 IFG findet mit der Ma\u00dfgabe Anwendung, dass der Antragsteller ein rechtliches Interesse am Zugang zu personenbezogenen Daten geltend machen muss. Den in Satz 1 genannten Stellen stehen nat\u00fcrliche Personen und juristische Personen des Privatrechts gleich, soweit sich die in Satz 1 genannten Stellen dieser Personen zur Erf\u00fcllung ihrer \u00f6ffentlich-rechtlichen Aufgaben bedienen. <br \/>(2) Der Anspruch auf Informationszugang steht lediglich Antragstellern zu, die Unionsb\u00fcrger sind oder einen Wohnsitz oder Sitz in einem Mitgliedstaat der Europ\u00e4ischen Union haben. <br \/>(3) Der Anspruch auf Informationszugang besteht unbeschadet der Bestimmungen des \u00a7 3 IFG nicht <br \/>1. gegen\u00fcber dem Landtag, dem Rechnungshof, dem B\u00fcrgerbeauftragten, dem Landesbeauftragten f\u00fcr den Datenschutz sowie den Organen der Rechtspflege, insbesondere Gerichten, Strafverfolgungs- und Strafvollstreckungsbeh\u00f6rden sowie Disziplinarbeh\u00f6rden, <br \/>2. soweit die in Absatz 1 Satz 1 genannten Stellen als Unternehmen am Wettbewerb teilnehmen, grundlagenoder anwendungsbezogene Forschung betreiben oder Aufgaben der Anerkennung und Beaufsichtigung von Stiftungen des b\u00fcrgerlichen Rechts wahrnehmen, <br \/>3. f\u00fcr Informationen aus laufenden Verfahren; \u00a7 4 Abs. 2 IFG findet Anwendung,<br \/>4. wenn das Bekanntwerden der Information nachteilige Auswirkungen auf die Beziehungen zum Bund oder zu einem anderen Land haben kann.<\/p>\n<h5><span id=\"-2-gleichstellungsbestimmung\">&sect; 2 Gleich&shy;stel&shy;lungs&shy;be&shy;stim&shy;mung <\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Status- und Funktionsbezeichnungen in diesem Gesetz gelten jeweils in m\u00e4nnlicher und weiblicher Form.<\/p>\n<h5><span id=\"-3-inkrafttreten\">&sect; 3 Inkraft&shy;treten <\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Dieses Gesetz tritt am Tage nach der Verk\u00fcndung in Kraft und f\u00fcnf Jahre nach dem Inkrafttreten au\u00dfer Kraft.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","categories":[113,124],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-6866","thema","type-thema","status-publish","hentry","category-informationsrecht-in-deutschland","category-thueringen"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.6 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Th\u00fcringer Informationsfreiheitsgesetz (Th\u00fcrIFG) - Humanistische Union<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.humanistische-union.de\/thema\/thueringer-informationsfreiheitsgesetz-thuerifg\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"de_DE\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Th\u00fcringer Informationsfreiheitsgesetz (Th\u00fcrIFG) - Humanistische Union\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Vom 20.
