August 2008<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Aufgrund des &sect; 10 Abs. 3 des Informationszugangsgesetzes Sachsen-Anhalt vom 19. Juni 2008 (GVBl. LSA S. 242) und in entsprechender Anwendung des &sect; 3 Abs. 3 Satz 2 und des &sect; 14 Abs. 2 Nr. 8 des Verwaltungskostengesetzes des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt vom 27. Juni 1991 (GVBl. LSA S. 154), zuletzt ge&auml;ndert durch &sect; 7 des Gesetzes vom 22. Dezember 2004 (GVBl. LSA S. 866, 868), wird im Einvernehmen mit dem Ministerium der Finanzen verordnet:<\/p>\n<h5><span id=\"-1-gebuehren-und-auslagen\">&sect; 1 Geb&uuml;hren und Auslagen<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Die Geb&uuml;hren und die Pauschbetr&auml;ge f&uuml;r Auslagen im Sinne des &sect; 14 Abs. 2 Nr. 8 des Verwaltungskostengesetzes des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt bestimmen sich nach dem anliegenden Geb&uuml;hren- und Auslagenverzeichnis (Anlage).<\/p>\n<h5><span id=\"-2-inkrafttreten\">&sect; 2 Inkraft&shy;treten<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Diese Verordnung tritt am 1. Oktober 2008 in Kraft.<\/p>\n<p>Magdeburg, den 21.
