Auf Grund der §§ 2 und 5 des Gebührengesetzes (GebG) vom 5. März 1986 (HmbGVBl. S. 37), zuletzt geändert am 4. Dezember 2001 (HmbGVBl. S. 531, 532), in Verbindung mit § 1 des Hamburgischen Informationsfreiheitsgesetzes vom 11. April 2006 (HmbGVBl. S. 167) wird verordnet:<\/p>\n

§ 1 <\/span><\/h5>\n

Für die Erteilung von Auskünften, die Gewährung von Akteneinsicht oder das Zur-Verfügung-Stellen von Informationen in sonstiger Weise nach dem Hamburgischen Informationsfreiheitsgesetz werden die in der Anlage festgelegten Verwaltungsgebühren sowie besondere Auslagen erhoben.<\/p>\n

§2 <\/span><\/h5>\n

Diese Gebührenordnung gilt nicht für Leistungen nach dem Hamburgischen Umweltinformationsgesetz vom 4. November 2005 (HmbGVBl. S. 441) in der jeweils geltenden Fassung.<\/p>\n

§3 <\/span><\/h5>\n

Diese Gebührenordnung tritt mit Wirkung vom 1. August 2006 in Kraft.<\/p>\n
