Vom 2. Januar 2006, Bundesgesetzblatt Jahrgang 2006 Teil I Nr. 1, ausgegeben zu Bonn am 6.01.2006 (Seite 6)<\/i><\/p>\n

Auf Grund des \u00a7 10 Abs. 3 des Informationsfreiheitsgesetzes vom 5. September 2005 (BGBl. I S. 2722) in Verbindung mit dem 2. Abschnitt des Verwaltungskostengesetzes vom 23. Juni 1970 (BGBl. I S. 821) verordnet das Bundesministerium des Innern:<\/p>\n

§ 1 Gebühren und Auslagen <\/span><\/h5>\n

(1) Die Geb\u00fchren und Auslagen f\u00fcr Amtshandlungen nach dem Informationsfrei-heitsgesetz bestimmen sich nach dem anliegenden Geb\u00fchren- und Auslagenverzeichnis.
(2) Auslagen werden zus\u00e4tzlich zu den Geb\u00fchren und auch dann erhoben, wenn die Amtshandlung geb\u00fchrenfrei erfolgt. Dies gilt nicht in F\u00e4llen eines Tatbestands nach Nummer 1.1 des Geb\u00fchren- und Auslagenverzeichnisses.<\/p>\n

§ 2 Befreiung und Ermäßigung <\/span><\/h5>\n

Aus Gr\u00fcnden der Billigkeit oder des \u00f6ffentlichen Interesses kann die Geb\u00fchr um bis zu 50 Prozent erm\u00e4\u00dfigt werden. Aus den genannten Gr\u00fcnden kann in besonderen F\u00e4llen von der Erhebung der Geb\u00fchr abgesehen werden.<\/p>\n

§ 3 Inkraft­treten <\/span><\/h5>\n

Diese Verordnung tritt mit Wirkung vom 1. Januar 2006 in Kraft.<\/p>\n
