Vom 19. Februar 2002 (GV. NRW. S. 88) Ge\u00e4ndert durch Artikel 13 des Gesetzes vom 5. April 2005 (GV. NRW. S. 351)<\/i><\/p>\n

Auf Grund des § 11 Abs. 2 Satz 1 des Infor­ma­ti­ons­frei­heits­ge­setzes Nordrhein-West­falen vom 27. November 2001 (GV. NRW. S. 806) wird im Einver­nehmen mit dem Landtags­aus­schuss für Innere Verwaltung und Verwal­tungs­struk­tur­re­form verordnet:<\/span><\/h4>\n
§ 1 Gebüh­ren­tarif<\/span><\/h5>\n

F\u00fcr die im anliegenden Geb\u00fchrentarif genannten Amtshandlungen werden die dort genannten Kosten (Geb\u00fchren und Auslagen) erhoben. Der Geb\u00fchrentarif ist Bestandteil dieser Verordnung.<\/p>\n

§ 2 Ermäßigung und Befreiung<\/span><\/h5>\n

Von der Erhebung von Geb\u00fchren und Auslagen kann auf Antrag insoweit abgesehen werden, als dies aus Gr\u00fcnden der Billigkeit, insbesondere zur Vermeidung sozialer H\u00e4rten geboten erscheint.<\/p>\n

§ 3 Auslagen<\/span><\/h5>\n

(1) Erfolgt der Informationszugang durch Einsicht in die Originaldokumente, gelten die damit zusammenh\u00e4ngenden Auslagen als bereits in die Geb\u00fchr einbezogen.
(2) In den anderen F\u00e4llen bestimmt sich die H\u00f6he der Auslagen nach Tarifstelle 3 der Anlage. Die Auslagen sind auch dann zu erstatten, wenn f\u00fcr eine Amtshandlung Geb\u00fchrenfreiheit besteht oder von der Geb\u00fchrenerhebung abgesehen wird.<\/p>\n

§ 4 In-Kraft-Treten, Außer-­Kraft-Treten<\/span><\/h5>\n

Diese Verordnung tritt am Tage nach der Verk\u00fcndung in Kraft. Sie tritt mit Ablauf des 31. Dezember 2009 au\u00dfer Kraft.<\/p>\n
