Der grundrechtliche Schutz des Fernmeldegeheimnisses bezieht sich nicht nur darauf, was gesprochen oder geschrieben wird (die Inhalte der Kommunikation), sondern auch auf die \u00e4u\u00dferen Umst\u00e4nde. Wer, wann, wie und mit wem in Kontakt tritt unterliegt auch dem Schutz unserer Verfassung, da sich aus solchen Daten das Kommunikationsverhalten, Bewegungs- und Interessenprofile ablesen lassen und R\u00fcckschl\u00fcsse auf den Inhalt der Kommunikation m\u00f6glich sind.<\/p>\n
