Der Beschwerdef\u00fchrer wendet sich dagegen, dass Informationen, die der Verfassungsschutz mit geheimdienstlichen Mitteln erhoben hat, f\u00fcr Zwecke der Strafverfolgung genutzt werden d\u00fcrfen &#8211; obwohl ihre Herkunft, ihre Qualit\u00e4t und Richtigkeit kaum \u00fcberpr\u00fcfbar ist. I, 20 Abs. I und 21 Abs. I des Bundesverfassungsschutzgesetzes (BVerfSchG). Der Beschwerdef&uuml;hrer r&uuml;gt die Verletzung seines Rechtes auf informationelle Selbstbestimmung (Art. 2 Abs. 1 i.V.m. Art. 1 Abs. 1 GG) durch diese Vorschriften. Die Vorschriften regeln die &Uuml;bermittlung pers&ouml;nlicher Daten vom Verfassungsschutz an die Strafverfolgungs- und Sicherheitsbeh&ouml;rden.<\/p>\n<p>Die in &sect; 19 Absatz 1 BVerfSchG enthaltene Befugnis zur &Uuml;bermittlung geheimdienstlicher Informationen &#8222;an inl&auml;ndische &ouml;ffentliche Stellen&#8220; ist nach Auffassung der HU verfassungswidrig, weil bereits der Kreis der m&ouml;glichen Empf&auml;ngerstellen zu unbestimmt ist.
