Unterrichtung durch den Bundesbeauftragten für den Datenschutz<\/p>\n

Beschlussempfehlung des Innenausschusses vom 1.12.2004<\/b><\/p>\n

Der Bundestag wolle beschließen,<\/p>\n

in Kenntnis der Unterrichtung auf Drucksache 15\/888 folgende Entschließung<\/p>\n

anzunehmen:<\/p>\n

8. Der Deutsche Bundestag bekräftigt seine<\/b> bereits bei Novellierung des Telekommunikationsgesetzes zum Ausdruck gekommene Ablehnung einer Mindestspeicherungsfrist für Verkehrsdaten<\/b> und fordert, vorbehaltlich einer Darlegung entsprechender Rechtstatsachen, die die Notwendigkeit einer solchen Regelung auf europäischer Ebene darlegen und eine neue Behandlung dieser Thematik erfordern, die Bundesregierung auf, einen etwaigen Beschluss in den Gremien der Europäischen Union, der eine solche Verpflichtung für Unternehmen in Deutschland vorsähe, nicht mitzutragen.<\/p>\n
